Every hour of the watch has a message:
1 o’clock:
I only live once therefore I have to make the most of it. 2 o’clock: I have 2 parents that I have to love and obey, because it is one of God’s commandments. 3 o’clock: Reminds me that there is a Holy Trinity in one God, which I have to love with all my heart. 4 o’clock: Reminds me that there’s a compass (the Bible) with 4 directions, which will lead me no matter where I go. 5 o’clock: Reminds me that I have 5 fingers on one hand, and that I must use it to have an honest days work so I can live. 6 o’clock: Reminds me that God worked 6 days of the week, and so must I. 7 o’clock: Reminds me to rest on the 7th day. 8 o’clock: Reminds me of the 8 people in Noah’s ark, which was saved. 9 o’clock: Reminds me of the 9 Leapars which God healed and never received a thank you for it. I must always be thankful for what I get. 10 o’clock: Reminds me of the 10 young maidens of which 5 was not ready for the groom. 11 o’clock: Reminds me of so many people that waits till the 11th hour before they change their ways, and stand a chance never to enter the Kingdom of God. I have to be ready at all times. You might not get that 11th hour to change! 12 o’clock: Reminds me that our Groom is coming at the 12th hour, and I have to be ready when He comes. |
Every second, every minute, every hour gives you another chance to give your heart to God. Don’t waste it. Use every one for the better. Use it to give thanks to God for what you receive every day.
